Beatriz Cavalheiro is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Classical Studies at the University of Lisbon. She holds a degree in Languages, Literatures, and Cultures (2023) from the School of Arts and Humanities, University of Lisbon, where she is currently undertaking a master’s degree in Classical Studies. Her research focuses on Ancient Greek language, literature, and culture, with particular interest in religious and mythological traditions and the period of Late Antiquity. Her current research examines Nonnus of Panopolis, Orphism, and the figure of Zagreus, exploring their reception and transformation within contemporary video game studies.
