I am a Ph.D. candidate in Classical Studies and a researcher at the Centre for Classical Studies (CEC) of the School of Arts and Humanities at the University of Lisbon (FLUL). Currently, I am working on my project “Underworld in Homer’s Odyssey and Wu Cheng’en’s Journey to the West” under the supervision of Prof. José Pedro Serra and Prof. Cristina Zhou Miao, for which I have been awarded a research grant by the CEC, funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). I graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese and I obtained a Master's degree in Translation from the FLUL in 2022.
