Sandra Cristina Patrício da Silva graduated in History at the Faculty of University of Coimbra in 2004, institution where she completed the Documentary Sciences, Archive, in 2006. She holds a Masters in Documentation Sciences at the University of Évora, under the theme of Archival Documents, with the dissertation O Que o Estado Português Portuguese State Wanted to Save) in 2011. She obtained her PhD degree of the University of Lisbon, in 2018, with the thesis Sistemas de civis no concelho de Sines: 1655-1855 (Information systems for civil municipality of Sines: 1655-1855). Since 2005, she has been responsible for the Municipal Archive of Sines, coordinates the ongoing organization of the archives system of the (General Archive, Historical Archive, Archive of Technical Services), in integrated management of current and definitive archives. She has also preparation of instruments for the description of the Municipal Archive of the website of the Municipality of Sines and the Educational Service of integrated into the Centro de Artes de Sines (Sines Arts Centre). She has also been, since 2018, coordinator of the Heritage and Culture COMSines association. She is also a researcher at the Center for Lisbon and at the History, Territory and Communities group, NOVA FCSH.
